Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your WatchAlong account and all associated data, please follow the steps below. We're sorry to see you go!

Send an email

Email us at WatchAlongwithfriends@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"

Include your account email

In your email, include the email address associated with your WatchAlong account so we can locate your data.

Confirmation

We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

This action is permanent and cannot be undone
You will lose access to all your groups and history
Group statistics and results that include your anonymized data may be retained for group continuity
Deletion is processed within 7 business days
You can create a new account at any time after deletion
